Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held in the Paul T. Albert Memorial School Gymnasium, located in Tununak, Alaska, on November 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. for the following purposes:
To elect two (2) members of the Board of Directors as outline in the Proxy Statement; and
To transaction any other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Only the shareholders of record at the close of business on the Record Date of October 22, 2025, are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. Shareholders are invited to attend the meeting and vote in person, or to complete and file a proxy. Instructions on how to file a proxy are included in the Proxy Statement.
